About Us...
North Valley Aikikai is a non profit educational institute teaching the practices of Aikido and Yoga. Aikido is a Japanese martial art, known as "The Martial Art of the Peaceful Warrior", as well as "Moving Zen". Yoga is an ancient movement system developed in India, known to improve health and well being. We offer daily training sessions with certified instructors, as well as special events and workshops for the whole family. We help people of all ages achieving balance in their lives.
